Our clients receive the highest levels of service because each of our consultants acts for a maximum of four clients at any one time.
Initial Search Fee
£750.00 (deductible from the success fee)
Success Fee (Purchases)
1.5% of the purchase price or 15% of the saving negotiated between the listed asking price and the final purchase price, whichever is the greater.
We have a minimum success fee of £4250.00.
For purchases exceeding £1m, our rate is 1%
Success Fee (Rental and Relocation)
One calendar months’ rent (inc vat)
Negotiation and Oversee Conveyancing Only
10% of the saving we negotiate off the asking price NB: fees only payable upon exchange of contracts
